Number Plate Flag
The government has announced that the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001 are due to be amended to allow the display of national flags on the left hand side of number plates. It should be noted that motoristis who opt for a flag other than the European Union identifier will be required to display the familiar GB sticker on their vehicle when traveling in other EU member states. Under the new scheme the following flags and literals will be allowed.
