The information management guidelines that follow have been produced in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

• We do not pass users details to third parties except for other number plate dealers in our dealership network and where required to do so by law or in the assistance of a criminal investigation or in the instance of fraudulent activity.

 

• The personal information we collect will be stored securely on our systems only for as long as is deemed necessary.

 

• We do not collect information classed as personal sensitive data under the terms of the data protection act.

You may request a copy of the information Select Number Plates Ltd holds about you. In order to do this, please contact the Data Protection Officer at our Head Office. We charge a £10 fee for data protection information requests.
